RunePunk, Iron Dynasty, and MidSouthCon 25
Hiya guys!
Be sure to check out the latest freebies in the RunePunk section of the website. What's there? In addition to a reveal of Ferren, those crafty, ratfolk straight from the book, you'll find starter characters and RepoMen courtesy of Dave McGuire so you can start exploring ScatterPoint today!
Don't forget, we'll be out in force at MidSouthCon 25 running some demos of Iron Dynasty: Showdown Edition featuring lead developer Stacy Young and RunePunk and Iron Dynasty setting creator, Sean Preston (that's me) who's got the honor of being the Gaming Guest of Honor!
So hope in your car and get to Memphis. The forecast is for blue skies and hot gaming.
Regards,
Sean

MidSouth Con Awaits!
Hello All.
We're scrambling around getting ready for MidSouth Con. It looks to be an absolute blast as the gang is celebrating the shows 25th anniversary. Can you believe it? Wow. I'm honored to be the gaming Guest of Honor and look forward to seeing friends old and new. If you're in the Memphis area, come back and check it out. I'll be running some RunePunk and talking about development for Green Ronin and work on such upcoming titles as Agents of Oblivion, Iron Dynasty, and Asylum. Stacy Young, lead developer on Iron Dynasy: Showdown Edition will be on hand to answer your questions about the setting tweaks to the Showdown Rules Set from Pinnacle that bring this katana clattering game to life.
Regards,
Sean

RunePunk is Going Strong and the True20 Companion is Out
Hello All,
RunePunk is going strong and, as far as I know, everyone that's read it really seems to be enjoying it. I got a comment from Angus of Cubicle7 that his store (in London) sold out of every single copy the first day! Thanks to everyone for wanting to explore the streets of ScatterPoint as much as I do. Seriously. Thank you.
In other news, The True20 Companion made its debut today and has already received a nice review here. I worked on the horror section with Erica Balsley and it include the horror system I originally developed and debuted for Agents of Oblivion in True20 Worlds of Adventure.
Still working away on Agents of Oblivion and it has been a long day, between that and fielding questions and comments on RunePunk. Oh yeah, did I mention I got a couple of One Sheets for RunePunk that are going to layout and will be soon found in the RunePunk Resources? Didn't think so. ;)
Regards,
Sean

RunePunk Report
Hello All,
The book is getting out there and showing up in various shops all over the world. Exciting times!
I had a report from Angus Abranson that his shop in London sold out of all their copies the first day and have already reordered!
Very cool.
For those wanting more RunePunk, I again emphasize patience. More will be forthcoming, let's give everyone a chance to snag a copy first, shall we?
Take care and thanks for your support.
Regards,
Sean
