The Week in Review
Hello All.
I'm beat today and feeling a bit melancholy. I'll blame it on the weird weather and random sleep patterns last night.
Let's see.
What's new? Work continues on Agents of Oblivion: Starfall Jungle. I should be getting art for that the latter part of the week. Also, most of the RunePunk art is in, so that's a very good thing. I'm meeting at my lead artist's studio on Wednesday to review everything we have to date.
What else? Hmmm...I became a member of the GPA. Seemed like the right thing to do after becoming an honest-to-goodness publisher. Very cool. Very glad I joined. I'll update the website with a logo when/if things settle down a bit.
Lastly, many thanks to everyone that supported our first product, Journey to Red Temple. If you haven't gotten it, then why not???
Regards,
Sean

Back from GenCon Indy 2005!
Hello All...
I finally met Clint Black and Jerry Blakemore as well as Rob Lusk and Joe Unger and Randy Mosiondz. I also saw Shane and "Evil Sean" Patrick and Erskin Cherry and Steve Kenson again.
Sounds like name-dropping, but this is the news section, right?
Cool games that I saw...
Artesia, RPG
Cool games I bought...
House on Haunted Hill
Hecatomb.
That's it.
I would've bought Artesia but it was sold out. It was beautiful and I want it, but it was sold out. >:
News for you...
Next in the pipeline for Savage Worlds is Starfall Jungle, an Operation for Agents of Oblivion.
Regards,
Sean

Hello All.
Journey to Red Temple, the first adventure set in the Iron Dynasty, is complete and in the hands of the powers that be for final approval.
Want a bigger cover shot? Click the pic!
Journey to Red Temple is a full blown adventure set in the outer fringe of the Bright Empire. It is clearly and concisely written and comes complete with six hapless heroes for your players to choose from and guidelines for making their own. The enclosed bestiary and random encounter table assure a different adventure every time you play. A number of simple, optional, genre conventions will have you and your friends in the high-flying kung-fu fantasy action seen in your favorite anime or martial arts movies. Just grab a few of your friends and you're good to go!
Full-color interior art by Kevin Harthun and a great cover by Adam Shaw will make this a glorious addition to any SW gamers PDF ensemble.
Woo-hoo!

Sean

The Name of the Rose and Assorted Madnesses
Katana: Samurai Steampunk got a totally new name. Yep, it's true.
The new name is IRON DYNASTY: Sins of the Samurai. The Iron Dynasty part came from a contributor on the Great White Game Forums while I thought up the second. No. Really. I did. ;)
The curious part is that, from a writer's perspective, it changes the strength and the entire dynamic of working on the project. Despite what William Shakespeare said about "a rose by any other name", it is definitely NOT always the case.
Got final art for half of Journey to Red Temple and the layout is begging for the rest, which I should have on Wednesday. Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy!
(And, no, I'm still laying out the Agents of Oblivion adventure. It's the one I'll be running at GenCon. Not too long now.)
I look forward to meeting a bunch of the good Savage folks at GenCon. More about that as the date gets closer.
Regards,
Sean
